How to Choose the Wow Social Media Profile Picture

Finally, I have the profile picture I always wanted, where I could see myself in my element. Vicky Benitez is not only a professional photographer but also, she is a story teller with an incredibly good eye for details. I have enjoyed the photo shooting journey with her which started with a preparation. An email of detailed and clear instruction followed a phone call to raise my expectations of the shooting. When I arrived at her studio, everything was ready - the lights were on, the floor had the marks for me to stand, the top-notch equipment was adjusted to my height already. Her presence and music on the background played a great role for me to get into the mood. She was quick on capturing my turns and smiles. I felt good about myself under the lights with the intermittent clicks of her camera. After the shooting I was amazed by the photos. They were all good and I didn't want to eliminate any. But, what could I do with too many profile pictures? I should have a reason to come to her studio next year for new photos. We pored over the photos, discussed the story that I told, that she captured in details. She was so patient with me. We took turns and turns until we got to the final list. I didn't want to end the experience there. It didn't end. She worked on the photos that I picked diligently, artistically and delivered the best quality. Vicky is a wonderful headshot photographer. I have had many headshots sessions being a professional actor since 2007. I also work in real estate. Getting headshots always fills me with anxiety. But, Vicky made me feel comfortable and confident. Vicky listened time my needs for capturing both a professional business headshot for real estate, as well as an updated headshot for acting & comedy. I walked away with both! And will multiple choices. She provided Pre-Shoot prep list that made everything the day of Easy to manage. . She made me feel comfortable. Encouraged my ideas to keep the photos true to me, and EVEN let me have full control of the playlist. And something that was TRULY unique, she was able to effectively coach me into achieving great connection to the camera with my EYES. I have spent three times as much on headshots and was never able to get that perfect lower lid “squint” that shows intention without narrowing the eyes too much. And VICKY was able to bring it out of me time and time again. She was also able to enlist the help of an excellent hair and makeup artist after the one I’d previously booked for the headshot session cancelled. Highly recommend Vicky.
