I knew from the moment I was in touch with Vicky to set up the shoot, she was not your average photographer. She truly cares about every detail from preparation, shooting, to delivery of your final edits from start to finish. She was kind enough to find an amazing make-up artist (Silver Make-up) to create 3 stunning different looks for our session. She made me feel so comfortable when it was time to shoot, making sure I felt good about my look, the ambiance, and was even so kind to give supportive/inspirational direction while behind the lens. She even allowed me to peak at the frames to get an idea of what they looked like and how we could work together to get the best poses and energy for the shoot. Vicky is a wonderful headshot photographer. I have had many headshots sessions being a professional actor since 2007. I also work in real estate. Getting headshots always fills me with anxiety. But, Vicky made me feel comfortable and confident. Vicky listened time my needs for capturing both a professional business headshot for real estate, as well as an updated headshot for acting & comedy. I walked away with both! And will multiple choices. She provided Pre-Shoot prep list that made everything the day of Easy to manage. . She made me feel comfortable. Encouraged my ideas to keep the photos true to me, and EVEN let me have full control of the playlist. And something that was TRULY unique, she was able to effectively coach me into achieving great connection to the camera with my EYES. I have spent three times as much on headshots and was never able to get that perfect lower lid “squint” that shows intention without narrowing the eyes too much. And VICKY was able to bring it out of me time and time again. She was also able to enlist the help of an excellent hair and makeup artist after the one I’d previously booked for the headshot session cancelled. Highly recommend Vicky.
